Dr. Joe (Joachim) Mayer has 25 years of experience as President and CEO of divisions of publicly traded companies around the world. In 2007 he followed his entrepreneurial calling and became the founder of 4 successful companies. Today, Joe is the managing Partner of the Mayer Business Group, a business coaching and training company. He has helped clients educate their leaders so that they adapt a caring servant leadership style, evaluate and change their marketing, sales, and distribution strategies, introduce new products, and educate and train their staff by enhancing personal and professional skills in a wide range of topics from communication, motivation, and delegation to behavioral selling, customer service, and high performance teams. Joe is an adjunct professor at the Case Western Reserve University, an Executive Coach for the Weatherhead School of Business at the Case Western Reserve University, and a national speaker and facilitator.
