Sharon Ehasz is a fourth-year PhD candidate in the Weatherhead School of Management’s Department of Organizational Behavior at Case Western Reserve University. Her research interests include leadership and coaching, with a specific interest in interpersonal relationships and development. As a military veteran, she is interested in the veteran experience in higher education. Sharon has published on coaching, teaching, and emotional intelligence and has additionally presented on interpersonal humor and leveraging veteran skills in higher education. The aim of all her work is to communicate to others that they matter.
